UPS delivery is available for clients from the EU. Its price and delivery time are calculated at the checkout. Please note, UPS will require the recipient’s phone number to provide their services.
Recently, we’ve been facing issues with customs clearance for orders shipped to New Zealand. That’s why we’ve introduced a mandatory insurance policy specifically for shipments to this country. In the event that your shipment is not delivered, we offer up to two reshipments at no additional cost. In such cases, please provide a new address for delivery. Note that we do not provide refunds for undelivered shipments. The insurance fee is automatically calculated based on the value of your order and is non-refundable.
International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks from the payment confirmation date to the day of delivery.
